MPHW Qualification in Gujarat
- The candidate must have passed the Sanitary Inspector examination from a government recognized institution.
- OR
- A certificate of Sanitary Inspector course obtained from the Industrial Training Institute (ITI) recognised by the Government.
- Basic Knowledge of computer must be Necessary.
- Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Age relaxation:-
The candidate should have completed 18 years of age and should not have completed 35 years of age as on the last date (as on 30/07/2025) of receipt of application.
Minimum age – 18 Years (as on 30/07/2025)
Maximum age – 35 Years (as on 30/07/2025)

🤑Sanitary Sub Inspector Salary
The pay scale for sahayak sanitary sub inspector Class-3 released by AMC is as follows:
👉 It will be 26000/- per month for the first 3 years. (It may be changed subject to Government Resolutions and
Circulars.)
👉 After completion of five years of satisfactory service, it will be Rs. 25500-81100 (Grade Pay-2400) as per Level-2 of the Seventh Pay Commission.

Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has announced the recruitment of sahayak sanitary sub inspector for a total of 84 posts for the health department. The syllabus for Sahayak Sanitary Sub Inspector will be uploaded on the AMC website soon.
🤾🏻♂️Eligibility for additional sports marks
- As per the provisions of the government, only those candidates who have represented the state in the following sports – Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Cricket, Football, Hockey, Shivaming, Table Tennis, Volleyball, Tennis, Weightlifting, Wrestling, Boxing, Cycling, Gymnastics, Judo, Rifle Shooting, Kabaddi, Khokho, Archery, Horse Riding, Shot Put, Sailing, Chess, Handball – in the 1. National/International or 2. Inter-University or 3. Competitions organized by the All India School Federation will get the benefit of sports merit.
- Candidates will be given priority in selection by adding 5 (five) percent marks to the marks obtained in MCQ – OMR (CBRT) examination/Normalized marks.
- If it is established that they do not have a valid sports certificate, then the 5 (five) percent mark increase given to them will be cancelled and the merit will be re-determined.
