Gujarat Subordinate Services Selection Board has issued an advertisement to fill a total of 7338 posts of both Group-A and Group-B through direct recruitment in different phases. The CCE Syllabus of the examination has been decided as per the examination pattern decided by the board and is mentioned in detail below.

CCE Exam Gujarat
A combined examination is being organized by the Gujarat Subordinate Services Selection Board under the Gujarat Government to fill various vacant posts of Class-3 through direct recruitment. Under which a total of 7338 vacancies of Class-3 have been advertised through CCE i.e. Combined Competitive Examination.
CCE Exam Pattern
Here, this CCE has been organized in two parts, detailed information about which is given below.
Phase-1 : Prelims Exam (Combined Exam for both Group A and B – CBRT)
This first examination will be conducted for both the groups of candidates simultaneously through CBRT. Based on the examination results of this preliminary examination, only those candidates who are eligible for the will be selected and will be eligible to appear for the second examination.
Phase-2 : Main Examination
Based on the merit list prepared based on the results of the preliminary examination, a descriptive test for Group A and an MCQ type test for Group B will be conducted for the candidates eligible for the main examination. More information about this is given in the article below.
CCE Syllabus
A combined examination will be conducted by the Gujarat Subordinate Services Selection Board to fill various vacancies of Class-3 through direct recruitment, which will be conducted in two parts through CBRT method. The information about the examination in different parts regarding the study-oriented issues i.e. syllabus included in the examination method is given below.
GSSSB CCE Syllabus
Phase-1 : Prelims Exam (Combined Exam for both Group A and B – CBRT)
As per the cce syllabus decided by the board for the primary examination, there will be a question paper of 150 marks with a total of 150 questions as per the syllabus mentioned below for the joint examination conducted through CBRT for both the groups.

Important Things :
- 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- Disabled candidates will be given an additional 20 minutes.
Phase-2 : Main Examination
A separate list of candidates eligible to appear in the main examination will be announced by the board as per the merit list prepared on the basis of the marks in the preliminary examination, who will have to follow the following cce syllabus for the main examination.
Group-A :
Candidates eligible for Group A will have to appear in a total of three different papers of descriptive nature in the main examination. The syllabus for which is mentioned below.

Group-B :
The first seven candidates who qualify the main exam based on the merit of the prelims exam will be considered eligible for the main exam, in which the main exam will have a MCQ-based question paper of 200 marks in the medium of payment, in which questions will be asked based on the following topics.

Note:
The duration of the main examination for Group B will be 120 minutes for the 200 marks paper.
