  • Educational Qualification : Master’s Degree with at least 55% Marks.
  • Experience : Minimum 2 Years
  • Skills : Knowledge of English and Gujarati Languages and Computer with Digital Documentation.
  • Age Limit: 40 Years.
  • Pay scale : 44,900/- Level 8

2. P.A. to Registrar

  • Total post : 1 (Unresurved)
  • Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% Marks. Master Degree must be prefered.
  • Experience : Minimum 2 Years
  • Skills : Knowledge of English and Gujarati Languages and Computer with Digital Documentation.
  • Age Limit: 40 Years.
  • Pay scale : Pay Band of 9300-34800 GAP-4600

3. Accountant

  • Total post : 1 (Unresurved)
  • Educational Qualification : MCom or BCom Degree with at least 50% Marks. Master Degree must be prefered.
  • Experience : Minimum 5 Years.
  • Age Limit: 40 Years.
  • Pay scale : Level -07 Rs. 39,900/- (Fixed Pay of Rs. 49,600/- per month for first four years)

4. Technical Assistant (Library)

  • Educational Qualification : A Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or B.Lib. Or A Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science or A Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science
  • Experience : Library work experience is required.
  • Age Limit: 40 Years.
  • Pay scale : Level -07 Rs. 39,900/- (Fixed Pay of Rs. 49,600/- per month for first four years)

5. Technical Assistant (Computer)

  • Total post : 1 (SEBC)
  • Educational Qualification : BCA, B.Sc. in Computer Science, B.Sc.IT, B.E. in Computer Engineering, B.Tech. in Computer Engineering, B.E. in Information Technology or equivalent degree from a UGC-recognized university.
  • Age Limit: 40 Years.
  • Pay scale : Level -07 Rs. 39,900/- (Fixed Pay of Rs. 49,600/- per month for first four years)

6. Junior Stenographer Grande – E

  • Total post : 2 (1-SEBC and 1-Unresurved)
  • Educational Qualification : Any graduate from a UGC-recognized university.
  • Skills : Basic knowledge of English, Gujarati and Computer. English stenography at a speed of 90 wpm or Gujarati stenography at a speed of 60 wpm.
  • Age Limit: 35 Years.
  • Pay scale : Level – 06 Rs. 35,400/- (Fixed Pay of Rs. 40,800/- per month for first four years)

7. Additional Assistant Engineer

  • Total post : 1 (1-Unresurved)
  • Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering) with 3 years experience or A Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Technical Board or Institution with minimum 05 years of experience.
  • Skills : Basic knowledge of English, Gujarati and Computer. English stenography at a speed of 90 wpm or Gujarati stenography at a speed of 60 wpm.
  • Age Limit: 40 Years.
  • Pay scale : Level – 05 Rs. 29,200/-(Fixed Salary of Rs. 40,800/- per month for first four years)

8. Typist

  • Total post : 4 (1-ST, 1-SEBC and 2-Unresurved)
  • Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Skills : Typing speed on computer of 40 wpm in English and 25 wpm in Gujarati. Knowledge of data entry on computer in English and Gujarati.
  • Age Limit : 40 Years.
  • Pay scale : Pay Band of 5200-20200 GP-1900 (Fix Pay of Rs. 26,000/- per month for first four years)

9. Clerk-cum-typist

  • Total post : 4 (1-ST, 1-SEBC and 2-Unresurved)
  • Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s degree with GCC.
  • Skills : Typing speed on computer of 40 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Gujarati.
  • Experience in data entry work on a computer is preferred.
  • Age Limit : 40 Years.
  • Pay Scale : Level -02 Rs. 19,900/- (Fixed Pay of Rs. 26,000/- per month for first four years)

10. Driver

  • Total post : 2 (2-Unresurved)
  • Educational Qualification : The candidate should be at least 12th pass and Three-year-old Heavy Motor Vehicle License. Must have general knowledge of English and Gujarati language.
  • Skills : For male candidates, the minimum height is 165 cm. and the chest girth is 84 cm with a minimum of 5 cm. and for female candidates, the minimum height is 162 cm.
  • Age Limit : 35 Years.
  • Pay Scale : Level -02 Rs. 19,900/- (Fixed Pay of Rs. 26,000/- per month for first four years)
