SPIPA Call Letter
💵Only the candidates who have paid the application fee will be able to download the call letter (hall ticket) from the https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in website from date -01/07/2025 to 20/07/2025.
🚩Candidates who have not paid the application fee will not be allowed to download the admission form under any circumstances. So that the candidates fill the application form on time.
SPIPA Exam Date 2025
Ahmedabad-based Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration (SPIPA) is providing free training to the students of Gujarat for the Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC. Under this, the competitive preparation examination for IAS, IFS, IPS and Group “A” Central Services conducted by UPSC Civil Services for the academic year 2025-26 will be organized on Sunday, 20/07/2025.
SPIPA Entrance Exam Selection Process
The SPIPA entrance exam will be conducted in two Stage, which are as follows:
First stage exam structure

- Points to keep in mind:
1. The centers for the entrance examination will be: Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot and Mehsana.
2. Both the papers will be of MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) type.
3. The language of both the papers will be English and Gujarati.
4. 33% of the total marks of a question will be deducted for wrong answers and for more than one answer.
Second stage exam structure
Category wise merit will be released based on the marks obtained in the first phase examination Paper-1 General Studies-1 and Paper-2 (General Study-2) (CSAT). Based on this merit, candidates will be invited for the essay writing test.
The examination time for this will be 01:30 hours.

Final Selection
The final result will be declared based on 300 marks of MCQ based test (Paper-1 and Paper-2) of the first phase and 100 marks of essay test, totaling 400 marks. Candidates who are included in the final selection list will be provided free UPSC Civil Services training.

- Then click on Apply in “Online Application” and select SPIPA.
- Click on the name of the advertisement in which the candidate wants to apply and click on Apply.
- When clicking on “Apply now” a new window will open. When clicking on “Skip” the Application Format will open.
- In which the candidate must first fill in “Personal Details”. (Where there is a red asterisk (*), those details must be filled in compulsorily.)
- After filling in the Personal Details, “Educational Details” must be filled.
- After that, it is mandatory to read and accept the conditions mentioned in the guarantee, so select “Yes” and click on “save”. That is, the application will be considered complete.
- Finally, by clicking on “save”, an “Application Number” will be generated which will be sent to your mobile number or email. The candidate should keep it safe as it will be useful at every stage of the advertisement in the future.
