- All candidates who select the General category at the time of application will have to pay Rs. 100 as application fee through online. Fees will not be accepted through any other means.
- Apart from this, all reserved category candidates do not have to pay application fee.
Junior Pharmacist Qualification in Gujarat
The educational qualifications prescribed by GPSSB for Junior Pharmacist Recruitment are mentioned below.
- The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or its equivalent OR Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D.) OR Diploma in Pharmacy degree from any government recognized university.
- The candidate should be registered with Gujarat Pharmacy Council.
- As Per The Prevailing Rules, The Candidate Should Have General Knowledge Of Computers.
- The candidate should have knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both languages.
Junior Pharmacist Recruitment 2026 : Age Limit
The candidate should not be not more than 35 years of age at the time of application, in which age relaxation will be available as per the category as mentioned below.

Junior Pharmacist Salary
The selected candidates will be eligible to get a fixed salary of Rs. 40,800/- per month for the first five years as per the prevailing rules of the Government of Gujarat.
GPSSB Junior Pharmacist Exam Pattern
- As per the decision taken by the board, one question paper for Gram Sevak will be of total 200 Marks. For which a total time of 3 Hours will be allotted.
- The examination will be conducted according to the OMR/CBRT method.
- In the exam, 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

The subjects included in the syllabus decided by the board for the examination to be conducted for the Junior Pharmacist Recruitment are mainly Gujarati grammar, English grammar, current affairs, and technical knowledge related to work.

- The minimum eligibility criteria for selection will be determined based on the examination to be conducted by the board and the vacancy indicated in the advertisement.
