FHW Exam Syllabus
Earlier, Gujarat Subordinate Services Selection Board had a paper-based selection process of only 100 marks, in which there was an offline OMR-based examination system based on subjects like Gujarati, English, Constitution, Current Affairs, General Knowledge, after which the board changed the examination system and implemented a new 210 marks-based question paper, more details of FHW Exam Syllabus are given below.
FHW Exam Syllabus 2026
As per the resolution of the General Administration Department of the Government of Gujarat dated 16-12-2025 for the recruitment process, there will be only one paper for the selection examination for direct recruitment for Female Health Workers which will be of 210 marks. Which will be divided into two main parts. Details like the subjects included and the weightage given to them are given in the article below.

Some things to know about FHW Recruitment 2026 and FHW Exam Syllabus are as follows.
- The question paper for the FHW Recruitment 2026 exam will cover the subjects as per the syllabus mentioned above and will be weighted accordingly.
- As per the board, the question paper for the examination will be in OMR/CBRT format.
- In the exam, 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer and 0.25 marks will be deducted from the total marks obtained for each incorrect answer.
- As per the work decided by the board, the minimum qualifying mark to pass the exam will be 40%.
